The sooner you Reserve, the better chance you have of getting your desired date and time. We suggest 1- week notice to choose from our available themes so we can provide the best experience for you! Inquiries for reservations less than 5 days will have use of picnic inventory that available the requested day and require a rush fee and full payment due at time of booking. -Weekend dates reserve fast!

There is a 2 1/2 hour picnic time limit. Additional time can be added for a fee.
We know life sometimes gets away from us, so we will hold your booking for 15 mins from the commencement time. After this time, unfortunately we are unable to hold any longer, and your booking will be packed down.
Your backyard is most convenient and will also provide the most privacy. If your property is not an option, local parks and public land are available for free or a small fee. Please keep in mind when picking a location if you will need special accessibility for members of your group.
If rain is in the forecast, you will need to provide us with an alternative set-up location or reschedule your event. You will be contacted 2 days prior to your event date to see how you would like to proceed. We do ask that you have a rain back-up plan, such as an indoor location or covered gazebo ready to go or your event would need to be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Absolutely! You can customize a design/color theme to fit your vision! One of our Eccentric Crew can assist with your design.
Once your booking is secured, staff is based on the amount of time of your set up and décor designated to your personalized event. Guest count can not be decreased but you can increase your package and we will do our best to accommodate subject to equipment availability.
We are currently working with some amazing local small business owners in providing various meal options. You are free to bring your own food and beverages, or we can arrange to pick up the meal to have at your picnic when you arrive.

It is the responsibility of the client to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our picnics. We do not sell alcoholic beverages but can be purchased through local vendors and are not held responsible for those who bring adult items to their event.
If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged 2 1/2 hour picnic time, please text or call us at least 15 minutes prior. You are responsible for all items until we are able to return to the location.
We are happy to clean up after you, that’s part of our service! However, if there is irreparable damage to our equipment, then an additional fee covering full damages will apply.
If you need to reschedule your event due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we can apply your funds to another date within the calendar year. We do require 24 hours notice upon rescheduling due to weather. In a non-weather related rescheduling, you must reschedule for a new date within 48 hours of your event.
